Postage and delivery
We offer free UK mainland shipping with Royal Mail tracked 48 on orders of £30 or more.
While we do everything we can to get an order out the next working day after it arrives, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that you anticipate it could be up to 7 working days for your order to reach you in the UK.
If you are in a hurry, please get in touch before making your order and we can advise you of current timings. At the moment we only ship to the United Kingdom.
If it has been more than 7 working days (UK) since your 'package shipped' email notification and you have still not received your parcel, please get in touch.
Postage in the UK is by Royal Mail 48 tracked, the cost is £3.95.
Alternatively we can ship with DHL for £8.
